The Rotary Club Estoi Palace International is proud to announce its support for the project “Healthy Helping Hands: Community Health & Midwifery Education in Tabanane (Guinea-Bissau).

After a somewhat chaotic start, when the Algarve Senior Bikers discovered both cafes near the meeting point in São Marcos were closed, things could only get better.

The Algarve senior bikers group ride in September was in the Eastern Algarve. The route from the start in Sao Bras de Alportel was through the hills above Tavira to Alcaria de Combe and then on to Odeleite.

Following the success of last year’s winter project – which saw an incredible 549 warm hats made and distributed to the homeless and needy families – the Algarve Crochet and Knitting Group is aiming even higher for 2025.

As you will no doubt appreciate, August can be a very hot month in the Algarve.

The Algarve Senior Bikers ride this month offered members the choice of riding from Tavira, in the Eastern Algarve, or Odiaxere in the West. 

We had a fabulous time in Helsingborg! Thanks to all your contributions we were 29 singers and our MD on stage. We have shared many new experiences, the audience loved us and we had a good score with room for improvement.

On one of the hottest days this year, the Algarve Senior Bikers met at the Repsol service station at the N2 roundabout in Sao Bras de Alportel for the ASB Central Algarve Group Ride.
